Constituency Description
This constituency is located in south central Saskatchewan. Agricultural activities include grain farming and cattle ranching. Local potash mines provide employment for many residents in the communities within Arm River-Watrous.
Wynyard is home to large industries including Lilydale Poultry Products and Big Quill Resources (Canada's largest manufacturer of potassium sulphate).
Manitou Beach is well-known for the healing waters of Lake Manitou and its Mineral Spa. This resort community hosts visitors from around the world. Watrous is home to large vehicle and farm machinery dealerships serving a large area.
Blackstrap Provincial Park is also located in this consttiuency. The three largest communities are Wynyard, Watrous and Davidson.
