Constituency Description
This constituency is located in the east central area of Saskatchewan. Carrot River Valley is in the midst of the parkland where farm and forest meet - beautiful and diversified. The main industries centre around agriculture, forestry and tourism.
Agriculture includes canola, pulse crops, honey, grain, alfalfa seed, alfalfa dehy plants, cattle and hog production, market gardening, U-Pick berry farms, as well as many spin-off industries and businesses.
The largest communities in this constituency are Nipawin (4,275), Tisdale (3,063), and Hudson Bay (1,783).
