Overcrowded classes won’t be addressed. Physical distancing will not be possible. Masks and PPE will not be provided.

This isn’t a plan for schools – it is a plan to fail. And kids, teachers, and school staff will pay the price.

We need a real back-to-school plan that:

  • Fixes COVID-19 testing
  • Reduces class sizes
  • Dedicates funding
  • Provides clear guidance on outbreaks
  • Plans for a phased approach
  • Provides for alternate and distanced learning
  • Provides PPE and guidance on masks use
